CSL CE 6 Hour Online Course Description:
Basic Contract Content and Development (Elective 1 HR)
In this section, we will cover basic construction contract content and development. Detailing the do’s and don’ts of contract writing and reading.
Basic Scheduling Concepts (Elective 1 HR)
In this section we will cover basic construction scheduling concepts, detailing the most used and basic forms of scheduling in construction.
Builders Insurance (Required 1 HR)
This section will cover the Massachusetts regulations and requirements of Builders Insurance.
Construction Management (Required 1 HR)
This section will cover various techniques and methods for successfully managing construction projects with prime and sub-prime contractors.
Energy (Required 1 HR)
This section will cover the regulations of energy efficiency in accordance with the International Energy Conservation Code for the design and construction of buildings in the IRC 2015 Update and the Amendments of Chapter 11 of 780 CMR 51.00: Massachusetts Residential Code.
Lead Safety (Required 1 HR)
In this section, we will cover regulations of Deleading and Lead-Safe Renovation in conjunction with amendments to 801 CMR 4.02 454 for the MA CSL continuing education requirements.
