Rules of Contract Interpretation (Required 1 HR)
In this section, we will cover basic construction contract content and development. Detailing the do’s and don’ts of contract writing and reading.
Defective Specifications and Impossibility of Performance (Required 1 HR)
In this section we will cover basic the interpretation of specifications in an area of frequent dispute in construction contract law.
Construction Delays (Required 1 HR)
This section will cover all forms of construction delays, what they mean and how to handle them.
Differing Site Conditions (Required 1 HR)
This section will cover various differing site conditions, changed, unknown, or concealed conditions.
Construction Mediation (Elective 1 HR)
This section provides and overview to teach the construction professional to participate effectively in the Mediation process as a party.
Construction Arbitration (Elective 1 HR)
This section provides and overview to teach the construction professional to participate effectively in the Arbitration process as a party.
